One of my dearest friends takes a little time each month
to be a big brother to a teenager in dire need of grounded
friendship and mentoring. We all feel compelled to do the
same type of volunteer work... but this friend actually
does it. He's also a brilliant illustrator (as you can see by
the cozy sketch above). This blog-post is a tribute to my
good friend M.H.D. and all of those who take the time
to improve the lives of others as a big brother or sister.

ReplyDeleteHis talent is great and his heart even bigger. A seemingly small act of impacting the life of one child..expands and grows if this boy spreads the love he has recieved. What a blessed reminder at X-Mas time what it's really all about.
