1920 Alabaster Italian Grape Cluster on Grapevine Stem

This substantial Italian sculpture dates to the 1920s and weighs well over 10 pounds. Hand-carved from luminous Volterra alabaster in an elegant pale yellow with soft coral highlights, it is a remarkable example of Italian craftsmanship.

Created using centuries-old carving techniques in the renowned alabaster workshops of Volterra, Italy, each grape is individually shaped and assembled onto an authentic grapevine stem. Its substantial weight, beautiful mineral-dyed translucence, and naturally organic form make it a highly collectible work of art. See more here.

Moustiers Tin-Glazed Scalloped Tray FRANCE

Janine Metz behind the Duke & Duchess in Paris

This stunning long (15.25") scalloped French Moustiers tin-glazed earthenware tray boasts remarkable provenance. It once belonged to Janine Metz, Social Secretary to the Duke and Duchess of Windsor.

We can easily imagine this elegant tray serving hors d’oeuvres in Metz's Paris apartment, or lined with her exquisite Indian jewelry, which was auctioned at Doyle in 2019 — a true cocktail conversation piece!

It's on sale through Valentine's Day and can be found here
